Katarzyna Grzesik-Harz is an expert in Intercultural Management with a corporate background and a passion for global education. Fluent in four languages, she leads engaging, gamified workshops and serves as Executive VP of OWIT Lake Geneva.

Dr. Giuseppe Catenazzo is the Dean of Academics at HBS.

A multilingual scholar with a PhD in Management and degrees from across Europe, he lectures at top Swiss institutions and is a published researcher.

Ana Lelescu is a Romanian-American tech and business leader with over 25 years of global experience. She has 11 patents, and spent 17 years at IBM Silicon Valley in roles spanning research, health tech, and HR innovation.
